NOVA Mobile is built and maintained by Andrew Yee as a companion app for the NOVA voice assistant — a Raspberry Pi-based home assistant. Contact: ayee788@gmail.com.
NOVA Mobile lets you control a NOVA hardware device from your phone over your home Wi-Fi network. The app is a remote control and companion — it does not function without paired NOVA hardware.
NOVA Mobile has no servers, no analytics, no third-party trackers, and no telemetry. The developer has no visibility into how you use the app.
The app requests these iOS permissions, all of which are used only to communicate with your own NOVA hardware on your local Wi-Fi network:

NOVA Mobile does not:
• Use advertising or analytics
• Include any third-party SDKs
• Sell or share data with anyone
• Send any data to the developer
• Store anything in the cloud
The app talks only to your own NOVA hardware, which lives on your home network. Your data stays in your home.
If you enter "demo" as the Pi address during onboarding, the app runs in a hardware-free Demo Mode using canned sample data. Demo Mode does not access the microphone, contacts, or local network — it shows pre-baked example content only.
NOVA Mobile is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
